CTXMLS Supra Lockbox Transfer Form

Complete to transfer an existing CTXMLS Supra lockbox (purchased from WCREALTORS) from one agent to another.

If your lockbox was purchased from a board other than WCREALTORS you will first need to have it deprogrammed and removed from that boards inventory. Please contact that board for assistance. Once deprogrammed you will need to bring the lockbox to WCREALTORS for us to add it to our inventory. Form to be completed by the TRANSFERRING agent. Both parties will be contacted upon completion.
