Our programs address the needs of new, as well as experienced, real estate agents and will guide REALTORS® through professional designations and required SAE and CE classes.

When you join a Local Board as a PRIMARY member, you are also joining the Texas REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. These accounts are all linked and controlled at the local level.  Many Brokers will choose to join additional boards as a SECONDARY member to give their agents board of choice.  AGENTS who choose to join as a secondary do so to take advantage of all the local area board benefits and discounts.

*Please note: applicants for REALTOR® membership shall be granted provisional membership immediately upon submission or a completed application form and remittance of applicable association dues and application fees. Provisional members will be considered REALTORS® and shall be granted the same privileges and obligations of membership. Failure to complete New Member Orientation and NAR Code of Ethics within 90 days of date of application, will result in denial of the membership application or termination or provisional.
