Since 2008, Mary Ann has worn many hats in the Real Estate industry. She worked for a property management company, first as a Leasing Agent and eventually as their Office Manager. She has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2015. She started out as an individual agent, representing both buyers and sellers. In 2020, she joined a team as the Transaction Coordinator and shortly after was promoted to Director of Operations. Mary Ann’s love for systems and processes led her to start her own business as a Transaction Coordinator servicing over 20 agents and teams.

Her favorite aspects of the Real Estate industry are building relationships and helping others. With her vast experience, she understands the needs of our members and she uses her knowledge to coach members on the various tools needed for their business.  She is excited to work for Five Points Board of REALTORS® as the Membership Development Coordinator and looks forward to establishing strong bonds with members and affiliates as a point of contact, playing a vital role in their professional journey.

Her favorite pastimes are traveling, reading, hiking local greenbelts, puzzling, and shopping. She is a proud mom of three grown children and enjoys spending time with them. She is always on the hunt for the best taco in the area and invites anyone who would like to join her on this quest.
